Depending on your assigned roles, you will have different expected attendance times and reporting locations. General guidance is below based on your assigned role.

Referees

Judges & Judges Queuers

Lunch will be provided daily for volunteers (full day attendance). We will try our best to have dietary and allergen friendly options. If you are unable to eat what is provided, let the VC know right away and we will get you another option!
Snacks and drinks are available for free for all volunteers throughout the day from the concession stand.
An event t-shirt and name badge will be provided to each volunteer. You must be wearing both at all times when at the event so you may clearly be identified by teams and other staff.
